MPSA Board of Directors

The Board is the governing body of the Association that establishes strategic direction and sets policies for the organization.

Current members:

Ron Alphin, ABM Federal
Ron Alphin is VP of Managed Services for ABM Federal. His main responsibilities are to build service delivery and support solutions for the Federal Government vertical. Prior to ABM Federal, Ron was with LMI Solutions/Parts Now and Supplies Network companies building the operational infrastructure around both award winning Managed Print Services programs. He has also developed and implemented recycling and environmental programs for Loyola Marymount University and Teradata Corporation. Additionally, he served in the United States Navy. Ron has served on the Managed Print Services Association Board of Directors since 2013, and he has been an active member of the Standards and Best Practices Committee since its inception in 2009. Ron is also a member of the Executive Council of the CompTIA IT Services and Support Community.  

Sarah Custer, Supplies Network
Sarah Custer is Director of Services and Solutions – Supplies Network. Sarah joined Supplies Network in 2001 and has held several positions over the years; advancing through the ranks within the sales team before taking on the role of MPS Program Advisor where her expertise and leadership were key to accelerating MPS growth. In 2012, Sarah was promoted to MPS Solutions Manager leading a team of Solutions Advisors responsible for MPS engagements and ultimately equipment sales and related services. Currently serving as Director of Services and Solutions, Sarah leads a team of MPS Solutions Advisors, Equipment Advisors, Contract Coordinators, Fulfillment Analysts and a Technical Operations team focused on break-fix service and software solutions. Additional responsibilities include providing critical direction and design of program enhancements and vendor integrations. Sarah received a M.B.A. and a B.A. in Management from Webster University.

Kevin DeYoung, Qualpath
Kevin DeYoung is the President & CEO of Qualpath Inc., a Florida-based managed print services (MPS) provider. Qualpath has been recognized as the Top MPS Indirect Provider by the Managed Print Services Association and Entrepreneur Magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in the USA. Kevin has 32 years of experience in the Managed Services and Office Automation Industry. Prior to Qualpath, Kevin served as President of Kodak Latin America and CEO of Ameritrend Corporation, an Inc. 500 company. Currently serving on the board of the Managed Print Services Association, Kevin advocates for the industry at both the end user and provider levels. Kevin is a graduate of the Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in business. 

Mitchell Filby, First Rock Consulting
Mitchell Filby is the founder and Managing Director of First Rock Consulting, a consultancy and advisory practice that works with end clients to assist them in managing the increasing challenge of aligning the physical world of their office printing requirements and the acceleration of the internal digitization of content across the business. His twenty-five plus years of market and industry experience and senior executive roles within the wider ICT community includes working with a number of leading OEM brand names, such as Canon, Fuji Xerox, Kodak, and Oce. In addition, he is a media journalist, active industry blogger, and keynote speaker at numerous global managed print services conferences around the world. In 2014, he published Rest In Print: from office printing to THE RISE of MANAGED SERVICES, the first ever book written from an insiders' view covering the current challenges and future direction of the office printing and document imaging industry in Australia.

Jennie Fisher, GreatAmerica Financial Services
Jennie Fisher is Senior Vice President and General Manager, Office Equipment Group, and is responsible for sales, marketing, operations, and financial performance for this business unit. She has been involved in lease financing since 1989. 
Prior to joining GreatAmerica in 1993, Fisher worked for GE Capital. She earned her MBA from the University of Iowa in May 2004. During her tenure with GreatAmerica, Fisher has held various leadership positions, including team leader east coast, internal auditor, sales director of office equipment, vice president of strategic marketing, and vice of president sales for the Office Equipment Group. She serves on the board of directors for the MPSA and the ITEX Advisory Board. She previously served on the board of directors for Big Brothers, Big Sisters and the board for Junior Achievement of Eastern Iowa.

Bill Ford, Clover Imaging Group
Bill Ford has more than 17 years of experience in the document management industry and is considered a thought leader in the Managed Print Services (MPS) space. He is an expert in the software tools and processes related to conducting and managing an MPS assessment practice and has conducted well over 200 assessments, which led to more than 25,000 output devices being managed under various MPS contracts. Bill has held various leadership positions in large multi-national corporations and small start-up companies. 

Kevin Morris, OneDOC MPS
Kevin Morris is the CEO at OneDOC Managed Print Services LLC, a Managed Print Services (MPS) provider with offices across the United States. In addition to running OneDOC, Kevin offers consulting services to dealers seeking to implement MPS.  Morris is a national authority on MPS with over a decade of experience selling and training on the MPS model and has worked in the office equipment industry for over 30 years.  

Annie Willert, LMI Solutions
Annie Willert is the Regional Sales Manager for LMI Solutions, focusing heavily on LMI’s partnerships throughout the Midwest.  Annie’s wealth of knowledge and experience, having grown up in the industry, melded well with a position where she could leverage her know-how into a consultative approach to Managed Services, including Managed Print. In addition to the inherent industry knowledge, Annie brings a solid understanding of the operational side of things having managed the Customer Service team prior to moving over to sales.  These experiences, Annie believes, brings added insight to her sales consultations.   Annie is a graduate of Arizona State University, holding an honors B.S. in Business with a focus in Supply Chain Management and Marketing.  In addition to professional directorships, Annie is an active alumni for Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity, having served on the executive office.
