The Board is the governing body of the Association that establishes strategic direction and sets policies for the organization.

Ron Alphin, Parts Now

Ron Alphin is VP of Business Solution Operations for Parts Now. His main responsibilities are to build service delivery and support solutions for Parts Now. Prior to Parts Now, Ron was with Supplies Network building the Operations around their award winning Managed Print Services program. He has also developed and implemented recycling and environmental programs for Loyola Marymount University and Teradata Corporation. Additionally, he served in the United States Navy. Ron has served on the Managed Print Services Association Board of Directors since 2013, and he has been an active member of the Standards and Best Practices Committee since its inception in 2009. Ron is also a member of the CompTIA IT Services and Support Community, and attends the Managed Print Service Community meetings as well.  

Mitchell Filby, First Rock Consulting

Mitchell Filby is the founder and Managing Director of First Rock Consulting, a consultancy and advisory practice that works with end clients to assist them in managing the increasing challenge of aligning the physical world of their office printing requirements and the acceleration of the internal digitization of content across the business. His twenty-five plus years of market and industry experience and senior executive roles within the wider ICT community includes working with a number of leading OEM brand names, such as Canon, Fuji Xerox, Kodak, and Oce. In addition, he is a media journalist, active industry blogger, and keynote speaker at numerous global managed print services conferences around the world. In 2014, he published Rest In Print: from office printing to THE RISE of MANAGED SERVICES, the first ever book written from an insiders' view covering the current challenges and future direction of the office printing and document imaging industry in Australia.

Bill Ford, Senior Consultant and Director, The Ascher Group / Yates Limited

Bill Ford has more than 17 years of experience in the document management industry and is considered a thought leader in the Managed Print Services (MPS) space. He is an expert in the software tools and processes related to conducting and managing an MPS assessment practice and has conducted well over 200 assessments, which led to more than 25,000 output devices being managed under various MPS contracts. Bill has held various leadership positions in large multi-national corporations and small start-up companies. 

Kim Louden, GreatAmerica Financial Services

Kim Louden, Director of National Accounts, Office Equipment Group, GreatAmerica Financial Services, has been in the office equipment industry for nearly 25 years.  Over the years she has collaborated with dozens of OEMs, Distributors, and Dealers in developing customized MPS programs. During her tenure at GreatAmerica, she has held a variety of roles including credit, sales, and operational team leader before she became the Director of National Accounts in 2007. Kim worked for GE Capital as a Credit Analyst prior to joining GreatAmerica in 1996.  She earned her Executive M.B.A from the University of Iowa in May 2004.  

Kevin Morris, OneDOC MPS

Kevin Morris is the CEO at OneDOC Managed Print Services LLC, a Managed Print Services (MPS) provider with offices across the United States. In addition to running OneDOC, Kevin offers consulting services to dealers seeking to implement MPS.  Morris is a national authority on MPS with over a decade of experience selling and training on the MPS model and has worked in the office equipment industry for over 30 years.  

Robert Palmer, Research Director, IDC
Chair: Collaboration Committee
Robert Palmer is Research Director with IDC's Imaging, Printing and Document Solutions group. He is responsible for written research, forecasts, and analysis in multiple practice areas covering managed print services, document solutions, business workflow automation and optimization, and hard copy transformation. Mr. Palmer has more than 25 years of experience in product management, strategic planning, market research and analysis, and forecast development within the document imaging industry. He has led multiple research practice areas covering a diverse range of topics, including office technology, channel strategy, managed document services, digital photography, and photo printing. Robert has served on the Managed Print Services Association Board of Directors since 2013 and he has been Chair of the Collaboration Committee since its inception.

Brian Stevenson, footPRINT Managed Services
Brian Stevenson has enjoyed being part of the managed print space for the past several years as the president of LaserNetworks and today as a partner in footPRINT MPS. Stevenson is also a board member of the MPSA, representing the independent resellers

Jenna Stramaglio, MWA Intelligence
Jenna Stramaglio joined MWA Intelligence, Inc. in June of 2006 as Director of M2M Deployments. Since that time, Jenna has provided initiative for both sales and marketing growth as well as client services support for MWAi. As Vice President of Marketing, Jenna manages overall corporate marketing and branding and works closely with sales by supporting MWAi's growing customer base and creating an aggressive marketing program for the imaging channel, specifically focusing on FORZA. Jenna earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Arizona State University – WP Carey School of Business.

Greg Walters, Greg Walters Inc.
A prolific writer, frequent speaker, and hyper-charged freelancer, Greg Walters shares his passionate, unique and provocative view on technology, addressing the digital impact on 21st century business and the new way of work and society. His book, Death of the Copier, published in 2014, offers a controversial summary of the early days managed print services and the not-so-distant future of the hard-copy industry. For four years, he was part of and then rebuilt a managed print services practice inside a West Coast VAR/MSP. Over the last three years he has been assisting companies with optimizing their IT portfolio of services, analyzing information workflow and processes, building self-supporting MpS programs inside IT departments and creating and implementing print policies for medium to large businesses.
