Printabz is a MPS solution and business intelligence tool that monitors Print Devices with automated meter reading, supplies orders with fulfillment and service management. Printabz connects MPS client with their service provider and supplies vendor through its secure server each having individual log-ins.
Printabz collects meter readings that can be downloaded as an MS–Excel file for billing. The meter readings in case of MFD also include print, scan & copy counts for A3 & A4.
Supplies levels are tracked and used for supplies marketing with the CAD / CAM Cartridge Activated Delivery / Cartridge Activated Marketing features.
Printabz also collects and archives the errors and alerts of the print devices. With the help of these archives the vendor can predict device failure even before it occurs and perform preventive maintenance.
Printabz has a client log-in using which they can place orders & generate service requests for the print devices. These requests are ported to the MPS vendor who fulfills the orders and service requests.
Print auditing feature of Printabz sets it apart as statistics about daily / monthly pages printed are presented to the vendor as well as the client. This data is beneficial for all decision making.
